What to do if there is a problem after the tensile testing machine is repaired

When we use a tensile testing machine to perform tensile tests on materials, we will inevitably encounter various problems. But if we have repaired it and it still has various problems, then it means that we have not completely repaired it. At this time, we should conduct a comprehensive observation, inspection and debugging of the tensile testing machine, and then continue to use it until it is completely repaired.

Check one, see if the load cell verification is standard:

The general measurement verification takes 10% or 20% of the equipment's large load as the initial value of the verification, and many load sensors with poor quality happen to have a greater error of less than 10%. If there is indeed a problem with the accuracy of the load cell, then we should replace it in time.

Check 2. Whether the speed of the beam is normal:

The results of different tensile test speeds are different, so it is necessary to verify the test speed.

Check three, the range of the tensile testing machine is not enough:

Estimate whether the material strength value of the tensile test exceeds the large range of the tensile testing machine. If it exceeds, please replace the test material.

Check whether the installation position of the displacement sensor is correct:

Because of the different design, the installation position is different: but the one installed on the side of the screw will be more accurate than the one installed on the motor.

Check 5. Whether the timing belt or the deceleration device is damaged due to the increase in the use time:

As the use time of the timing belt or the deceleration device increases, the aging life of these two parts will be accelerated. Failure to replace them in time will affect the test results.

Check 6. Whether the safety protection device is malfunctioning:

If the safety protection device fails, it may directly damage the instrument, and we should check it regularly.
